Daisy's Progress: PPF

I was at my client's home, and needed a bit of sketching therapy!
Paint Party Friday: Week 42, Year 7
These are her sins... although the full story is here: Daisy has burned her tongue. It took a week to put the mystery together, as well as hundred of dollars at the vet! The tree is now unplugged and will go. I'm thinking we could hang one from the ceiling.
Daisy's Sins
She's on Santa's naughty list
Daisy is better. her poor little arm, where she had the IV, will heal and fur will grow back. She's grumping at new furbaby, Hooper. Annabelle is OK with him, so long as he stays out of her food, and let's her eat his! (HAH!)

Annabelle, Hooper and Daisy are cuties. I am glad Daisy is feeling better. Sorry about the Christmas tree, they are hazardous for the kitties.
Thank you for linking up and sharing your post over the past year. I appreciate your comments too. Have a happy weekend. I wish you and your family a very Merry Christmas!

I discovered Christmas trees and cats do not mix. Mine was totally toppled over. That was when my kitties were young. Now I wish they were still here to topple another tree. Merry Christmas!

I've already mentioned in my previous posts that I'm in love with your sketches. They're so delicate, and true to reality!

Christmas trees might be dangerous for small kids and pets.(A certain blogger even claims that they introduce bacteria, that's why she started to buy an artificial tree).
Anyhow, "all's well that ends well", and I'm glad that Daisy's on the mend.

Happy Holidays to you and yours!

Darling Daisy... not like the trees in the woods, eh?! Interestingly, Jasper cat never showed any interest in messing with the trees over the years we had one in OZ... That mousing toy is fabulous!!! I love your festive fotos on the sidebar too. Have a peaceful 'furmily' time, all!!! Huggies, YAM xx

Cats and Christmas trees. Back in the day, they would knock our tree over every time we went out. We learned to tie it down -- actually up ... to the ceiling to old lamp hooks.

Please insert " My vet bills were so expensive". The tree, maybe no lights would help the budget. So glad Daisy is healing.

Ouch! Poor kitty! Thankfully, my cat isn't interested at all in my tree. Have a merry Christmas!

Really surprising that a cat would burn it's tongue as they are far more sensitive than we are.

Guess that cats and trees can be dangerous. Merry Christmas!

Your sketch really catches the comedic tragedy. So glad your kitty is doing better and I'm happy that mine has not attempted this same manoeuvre!

Poor kitty.
Friends of ours who have a cat found that the mix of their cat and a Christmas tree just did not mix ... I'm really not too sure on the outcome!

Wishing you and yours a Merry Christmas.

All the best Jan
