Book Review: Harry Potter - The Unofficial Guide to The Collectibles of Our Favorite Wizard

Harry Potter - The Unofficial Guide
to The Collectibles of Our Favorite Wizard
This is a fun book. Our kids adore Harry Potter, and have read them all. They've seen the movies, and even dressed as Harry Potter characters for Hallowe'en. Their whole family!

What else could be next? Well, this book tracks the excitement, and the memorabilia that the series has put out into the world. Many are fanatic about it. The collectibles are fun, as well, and some artifacts sell for thousands of dollars! The books are interesting if you like literature, and this book examines some of the esoteric knowledge, visual symbols, and moral teaching in the books.

Bradley looks at the books, the movie posters, movie props, Harry Pottery (the practice of collecting Harry Potter items), art, and other merchandise. For fans, like our kids, this is a beautiful book, that will provide some interesting reading!

It doesn't surprise me that there's a lot out there given the intricacies of the world JK created. I've even seen ties with the house colours of Hogwarts.
