Wood shuffling Part 2.0

You'll recall I shuffled the old firewood last weekend, Time to move some wood, in order to make room in the shed for the new stuff.

Day 1 – Friday

Winter, bring it on! from Jennifer Jilks on Vimeo.

Daisy isn't so much a helper, more a supervisor. Nay, an inspector!

She did a patrol all around the perimeter of the yard, into the shed, behind the shed, then came over for a mush, as I sat in the chair. The moment I stood up to resume my work, she took over the chair!

Next, came an inspection of the wheelbarrow! The containers we use to put in the debris, which is good kindling. The bib allows me to hold several pieces of wood at a time.

About half done Friday afternoon. The rains are on their way for Sunday, so I was motivated to keep going.
Happily, I haven't broken a nail! Yet...

Time to build up those muscles. Remind me to be nice to you if and when we meet.

You look lovely in your working outfit: boots, cap, apron.
Daisy is a natural model. Her white color against the petrol blue of the chair forms a nice set for photography.

Nothing like being prepared, and a resident supervisor to make sure its all done correctly, brilliant.
Thank you Jenn for looking in on me, and all the best, Gordon.

That is quite a pile of wood!

Daisy understands the need to keep humans closely su-purr-vised.
